Life happens

Life happens. Unexpected, unfair, unforeseen, tragic things happen. This is a fact. Life happens to everyone. Rich or poor, short or tall. It doesn't matter what your race or gender is. LIFE HAPPENS!! But God says, "The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure." 1 Cor 10:13 NLT

Temptation in this case means "test". The challenges that we face are not specifically designed for us. It's not like everyone else is living care free while we're being tested. The temptations, tests and challenges that we face are no different from what others experience. And the good news is that while we're going through, while we're being tested and as we face the challenges that life brings, God is faithful! The One who says that He will never leave you or forsake you IS FAITHFUL!! He will be with you every step of the way. So as life is happening we must trust and believe that we are not alone. God is working things out on our behalf.

"And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them." Rom 8:28, as children of the Most High God we should face each day with confidence, not arrogance. But an assurance that our dad has everything under control. Because He does!

Life happens. It's a fact. Unexpected, unforeseen, unfair things happen. You will be tested, tempted and challenged yet you can hold on to the promise that God is faithful.
